It is a direct reflection of her own fascinating and diverse career background – winning the Title for Colombia as “Queen of The Sea International” in the city of Miami Beach Florida in 1995.

Also as a TV Hostess and News Anchor, Jewelry Designer,Philanthropist, Beauty Industry and education. After numerous successes in these fields, Claudia Patricia was at Cervera Real Estate in 2006 till May 2014. Claudia joined in June 2014 RelatedISG with the Luxurious Master Plan of Paraiso Bay on East Edgewater in Miami; Florida completely sold out in 2020. Claudia Patricia and her team ‘ The Eusse Group “ joined in May 2021 the Luxurious project “ARIA RESERVE MIAMI” by The Melo Group.

She has successfully sold out Pre-construction projects such as Paraiso District, LandMark at Doral, Coronado, Reserve, Quantum on the Bay, and other luxury residential properties in high-profile South Florida communities. Her most recent project was Veer Towers in Las Vegas, Nevada – a project with a build out of 10.6 Billion Dollars in the heart of City Center Las Vegas. In her role with this project, Claudia was appointed International Sales Executive for her expertise in the glamorous market of elite condos and mansions.

Claudia Patricia prides herself on her professionalism, dedication, and teamwork. She is fully invested in any project she takes on and strives to achieve the best results and highest potential. In accomplishing this, Claudia Patricia believes teamwork is essential, and she makes every effort to involve all stakeholders in a project or transaction. Claudia Patricia was born in Colombia, and was raised in California, though she has been a long-time resident of South Florida since her college days. She has a degree in Arts with a concentration on Journalism from Miami-Dade College, studied broadcast journalism at Florida International University, has degree Beyond Strategy Planning at Harvard Business School of Professional’s and Quantum University in Hawaii. . Claudia Patricia is also a member of the Miami Association of Realtors, and holds special training in Buildtopia, E-condo, Dubai Real estate Specialist C21 UAE and Builders CMS. Fluent in Spanish, English and gives Portuguese presentations.
